Looking for a simple DIY natural laundry detergent? I've got you covered.

For your convenience, the products I use from Amazon are linked below.

Arm & Hammer Super Washing Soda

Arm & Hammer Natural Baking Soda

Dr. Bronner's Baby Unscented Castile Soap

Dr. Bronner's Lavender Castile Soap

X-Large Long Handle Stainless Steel Ladle (I absolutely LOVE this!)

Laundry Detergent Dispenser & Storage Container

I created this detergent recipe 9 years ago and I'm still using it today!

Detergent works great, smells amazing, removes the mildew smell from the laundry machine (BONUS!), is hypo-allergenic, safe for you, your family, and your pets, plus it costs pennies to make!

There are a lot of so-called "natural" DIY laundry detergent recipes out there, but most of them contain Borax.

Borax received a "D" rating on the EWG’s (Environmental Working Group) Guide to Healthy Cleaning scale. Borax is not ‘Green Certified’ and contains Sodium Borate (rated F).

*You can read more about this product (and many others) on the EWG’s website.
